Orders with a total value below €135 incur a shipping fee of €7.

Orders of €135 or more qualify for free shipping.

After payment is completed, orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days within Australia.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to logistics management and product availability, we generally do not provide direct product exchanges. If a customer wishes to obtain a different product, the item should be returned first, and a new order can then be placed through the website.

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the order.
