1. Return Instructions

Welcome to the website. Our store is committed to providing a secure and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds for orders placed through the website.

Customers may request a return in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy.

Due to logistics management and product availability, we generally do not provide direct product exchanges. If a customer wishes to obtain a different product, the item should be returned first, and a new order can then be placed through the website.

2. Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the order.

Returns may be requested under the following circumstances:

A return shipping label is included inside the package upon delivery, which can be used directly for the return.

These conditions are provided in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 – Australian Consumer Law, Sections 54–59.

3. Return Procedure

To request a return, customers must contact customer support and provide the following information:

Reason for return

We will review the request and provide the necessary instructions to complete the return.

4. Return Costs

If the return is due to a defective product or damage during transport, we will cover the return shipping cost in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, the return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.

5. Refunds

After receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
